Gender Differences and E-commerce Behavior and Perceptions
This paper examines the existence of gender differences regarding the perceptions of the benefits and concerns of shopping on-line. A survey of 224 internet shoppers was conducted and the results indicate that there are only slight differences between the genders regarding online shopping behavior and no differences in actual shopping behavior.
